Heads up - Nuneaton town centre

Anyone going through Nuneaton town centre ,please be aware that we seem to have most of Warks finest running what looks like an ANPR operation . That's one reason for my large number of posts in the "unmarked plod thread. Today, we had a grey golf( didn't get it's plate or model), Marked BMW ,marked Volvo estate, two marked bikes and one unmarked .The unmarked bike was a grey RX (not into bikes so don't know the make).It's been on for some time, according to local free paper, helped by ANPR cameras on all routes into the ring road . The unmarked cars are definitely plod. They sit in an access road to an electricity building ( for those that know the area, it's next to the council house, on the Coton road island), and their uniform is visible. They also park up close to the fire station,and IMHO, that's where they're more likely to get some of the tax/insurance etc dodgers.
