'We Buy Any Car' sponsoring 'Brake' !

Just watched a WBAC advert on TV.
Despite the annoying advertising, seems this company does well and is here to stay. Some argue they provide a good service for those ambivalent enough to not want hassle disposing of their motors, etc.
All well and good.
But the last shot on their TV advert raised my piss to boiling point instantly!
A logo in the bottom right hand corner of the screen said 'WBAC proudly sponsor Brake'.
Arrrggghhh!!! WTF are they doing, giving money to a sensationalist, hand-wringing charity run by car-hating lobbyists????
We have debated at length on here before about the Pros and Cons of 'Brake', and the conclusion is that, despite the good intentions of 'preventing traffic related deaths', they actually do more harm than good, and end up lobbying for ridiculous laws that hammer even more nails into the coffin of motoring enthusiasts like us.
Has anyone else noticed this sponsorship???? I wonder how much WBAC are supporting them with, and why? Are they trying to 'buy' credibility or something??
