Has anyone successfully done this?

The situation is my parents are in Bangkok, and need to change a flight. They can't do this on the Manage My Booking thingy on their website. The numbers on the website are all 0844 so you can't dial from abroad. The Bangkok office gave us an 0208 number which never picks up.

We have tried emailing through the form on their website and haven't received a response in over 24 hours.

It seems like they have disappeared!

Does anyone know an effective way to get in contact with anyone at BA?

Try this number

+44 191 490 7901 (outside the UK)

It's the executive club number, but they've never asked for my reference / membership number when I've called

These are the Thai numbers too

Tel: +66 0018004411955
Fax: +852 2822 9095
Mon-Fri 0800 to 1630 hours

Great thanks chaps.

Not sure why these companies make it so hard to contact a human!
