trouble at home need help advise....urgent!!!

I really need your advice on a serious problem:

I have suspected for some time now that my wife has been cheating on me.

The usual signs: if the phone rings and I answer, the caller hangs up; she goes out with the girls a lot.

I try to stay awake to look out for her when she comes home but I usually fall asleep.

Anyway last night, about midnight, I hid in the shed behind the cerb.

When she came home she got out of someone's car buttoning her blouse, then she took her panties out of her purse and slipped them on.

It was at that moment, crouched behind the cerb, that I noticed a hairline crack in the rear wing to roof line.


Is that something I can ignore or do I need to fill the crack before it widens?

Seems like you were lucky to find it. Although you can probably just ignore it in the short term, once I notice something like that I prefer to get it fixed quickly otherwise it would just bug me.

If you hadn't ignored the other crack in the first place you might never have found this one!

Seriously, my Cerb suffers just there too. Being someone who designs GRP things all day I have a feeling that it's a weakspot in the moulding. If you fix it, it'll only be a matter of time before it reappears, unfortunatly. I am however willing to be corrected if others disagree.

I would advise you to not touch the crack. If you look round the other side you will find another. I havent the energy to get hands on these days and so doubt I would bother trying to fill either crack. If you already have someone whose going to do it instead then I would say its a good thing. If you do trade her in for a younger model you'll find the same cracks but they will be in a better state and easier to get hands on with yourself. Eventually they too will widen and you might want to outsource again.

oh my man wish i had put this thread up that is so funny.mine has a nasty crack on the rear....and we know where this is going......and my cerb also has a nasty crack on its rear :Dmine is down under the boot nr the light.

Be wary of the crack at the rear.

If left unattended the whole back end will start to sag.

sorry to hear that you are going through a very stressful time, problems with cracks, crevices, gashes,slits, can lead to many sleepless nights, perhaps you can apply some filler of some sort yourself to solve the problem??

Sounds as if we all suffer the same issue ....... How big is you're baby's crack?

I hear that if you handle the crack too much before try to fill it, it can get damp inside, & that you're best to let it dry out thoroughly before attempting to seal.

To be honest, if my baby were to develop a widening crack, I imagine I'd just ignore it & pay attention to the more interesting curved boot(y), and if the pipes were looking a bit coked up, I'd probably give them a gentle ream.

Arnt we a smooth talking bunch ....sounds like in practice we all know how to handle our ladies.........but im not sure there is any sound advice up here about our real first loves ......well maybe if you read between the lines .
