How much is a respray?
Discussion
It will depend upon exactly what you want.
There can be a massive variance in the costs of paints depending upon type / colour.
I had my 1998 S Chimaera resprayed last year in its original colour of Pacific Blue and paid £3.5k, but that was inclusive of it being completely stripped down to nuts and bolts, put back together and the wheels refurbed. Over the moon with the result.
You really need to take it to a fibreglass specialist.
I can give you a number for the guy in Warwickshire who did mine, and who does all Adrian Venn's restoration work.

Try Specialised Paintwork, Send Road, Caversham, Reading. They did a good job on my TVR in the past and I 'think' a full respray would be around 1800-2k, but that's a guesstimate. The girlfriend's TT is in there right now for a bit of TLC (other people's parking mistakes).
A lot of people say Bee Gees (near Chessington?) is good too. You should find a reference in the archives.
