2011 C180 bluefficiency….have a problem with drivers seat+

The driver’s seat sounds like a rocking chair when driving. Had it back to merc and oiled all the parts.. Ok but back again + led back tail lights.. Indicator light has several lights out!! Is this a warranty issue??

How did you get on?
Got a C220 coming at the end of the month...
Hopefully not afflicted with the same gremlins.

Well new rear light cluster fitted and new seat base on order to fit next week!!
As for the car itself got new in July 2011 and never did a test drive, when it arrived I thought I’ve made a big mistake!! It’s a big wobbly jelly!! (After 3 years with the roc on sport mode) but after a few weeks I’ve grown to love the barge!! It’s a great dad’s taxi…
On the plus side
35mpg round town and 40+ on long runs, not one time in 6k have I had to top the oil up and that’s a first!! Front parking censers a must, but best of all the front wipers, at any speed clear everything (sounds rather anal but after the sirocco there a dream)
On the down side
It’s not a hot hatch and driving it as such can be interesting to say the least!! Don’t get me wrong it’s no slouch but it has its limits, the shiny black trim on the dash scratches very easily and merc version of the Idrive frustrating at first!!
All in all so far a good car
