Hi

We head to Sweden (Stockholm - Skavsta) every year using good old Ryaniair from Liverpool, usually runs pretty smoothly.

Just looked at the website though and there are no flights to Sweden from Liverpool on there - sems very strange, does anyone know if Ryanair have stopped flying there? Cannot get any more details out of the website and, of course, there is no number to call and enquire.....

Cheers

Phil

Had a quick look for you. Looks like it is operating until 23rd March. I don't know if this is because they are scrapping it altogether or it is just a winter timetable which will return next winter though!

Maybe something to do with some EU carbon tax thing that has rendered a number of financially marginal routes defunct. I think Air Asia have canned a couple of routes to Malaysia because of it.

Kudos

It could also be that the Swedish Trasnport Agency is locking horns with Ryanair in the High Court right now because, they say, Ryanair owes them Euro 1.5million... maybe (I don't know) they've told them that they're not flying there any more?
