Hotels/Restaurants near Marble Arch
Discussion
My Wife and I are taking a rare two day trip to London, we're driving up from the South Coast to go to the Ideal Home Show at Earls Court on Monday the 19th and then over to Ecobuild at ExCel on 20th March.
I'm considering booking the Cumberland Hotel near Marble Arch for Monday night as there's parking nearby and we've stayed there before but thought before I do I'd better ask about restaurants in that area. We ate at the Rhodes restaurant in the hotel and the most excellent Porte des Indies just round the corner last time we were there about four years ago.
It is a business trip but the 19th also just happens to be my birthday so it warrants a slightly celebratory meal. Any suggestions would be much appreciated for decent interesting food close by or even alternative hotels/restaurants with parking en route from Earls Court to ExCel.

I've stayed here http://www.thearchlondon.com/ and was happy with the hotel, and the food in the restaurant was decent!
Food wise, there is obviously massive choice in the area, it depends on what food you like. I like the following (all in Mayfair)
Hakkasan Mayfair (Chinese, Berkeley Street)
La Petite Maison (French, Brooks Mews)
Greig's Restaurant (Grill / steaks, Bruton Place)
a bit further away (Soho)
Yauatcha (dim sum, Broadwick St)
