Hello chaps,

Thought i'd pop my head round the metaphorical door and say hello.

Those of you who remember me will remember my 993 C4S which went to a very good home a year ago. I MISS IT DESPERATELY!!!

Emigration forced its sale, but i am now stuck in blighty for a while (with a BMW and a TVR) and i think the BMW will have to go to make way for a 964 C2 in the near future (to sit next to my Chimaera).

DeR, Dom, Daz, et al - comments?

Also look at 964 C4. I had a very enjoyable lap of the Ring with scottster at the helm of his a few weeks ago.

Good choice Pete - and welcome back to the forum

I know of someone else who went to the ring in a 993C4S who actually preferred Scottster's 964 C4 and sold his car to a friend back in England when he was out there. The 964 was a large part of that decision - the 993 wasn't twice as nice at twice the price

I know of a nice one at RSJ if Joel still has it. Be quick tho' as it won't hang around. It's the silver one. You can get doggy ones for up to 4k less, but they may need that 4k urgently spending on them.

Dom

I've been staring at the silver one on the RSJ website all afternoon, may as well have been my desktop wallpaper!

Much as i'd love a dark blue or black one, i am used to dark colours, and washing them twice a week, and they still look dirty the very next day.

That silver C2 is yummy.

And you know my sentiments on LHD and air-cooled pork...

Sh1t, sorry mate. I knew it was a very good one indeed - and I'm sure Joel would have thrown in some tyre black and a packet of polo mints seeing as you are a fellow PHer.

Will keep them peeled for you.
