Side repeaters

Heating control wire snapped,

Has anyone got any suggestions ?

Sounds like someone has bodged it in the past. The standard orange ones just pop off and the bulb is in a holder. Post up some pics maybe someone else has similar ones and can help.

I read about an inspection panel in the footwell... if its the old round ones... the ovals are just one piece... easy

Ahhh, well i took the ovals off and the bulb seems to be mounted in the bodywork with the oval glue over the top. I looked under the bonnet, under the car, in the footwells...no sign of how the hell to get to it, ha. I'm trying to change them for clear side repeaters. Now i've changed the bulbs they only work if you pull them half way out, which means the lens doesn't sit flush.

Never simple, always fun. ha.

Got some original side repeaters if your interested ..they are spring loaded ! can post for beer tokens ..
