help needed please on interior lights

hello i am still trying to slowing rebuild my 3r
and now come the puzzling part the eletrics
i am trying to source the yellow interior light delay relay it must be a stock ford part from what who knows
if any one could tell what the number is on top of relay it would b great
as for the wiper stalk wiring that another puzzle totally

£40+ from ford. Apparently out the mk 4 and 5 fiesta though
