One of our company TTs can't find 2 satelites so no GPS i assume this is now scrap?

Can they be repaired but as the cost of a new one is £100 approx i assume it's not worth it.

There's a very good chance this is a straightforward software problem. Try updating via Tomtom Home. If that doesn't work, reinstall software.

Do not mean to patronise or anything but have you tried resetting it ? The reset button on mine is on the underside

I have updated but not reset it or put the software back on. I don't know how to do the last bit.

The nav is at work so i will bring it home and try out the suggestions.

Found the restore to factory settings button,clicked that and it now works
