I was working up in Manchester for a couple of weeks recently, so spent an evening taking some pics at a sort of warehouse type place just down the road from Old Trafford and was quite pleased with the results!

Any comments?

Those look great Ed, I can't really comment on a proper photography slant as mine is of the point and click variety!!

I actually spent an hour cleaning it at a petrol station on the way to the location! It was a lot dirtier beforehand!

the first picture, did you use any specific lens?

Great location choice and IMHO they are brilliant pics.

I can't remember to be honest, but I was mainly using my 17-40mm Canon lens, and usually at the wide end.

Yes they are fantastic shots!

Do you use a digital camera or a 35mm SLR?

Do you have the second picture in 1280 x 1024. If you did I will die a happy man...

Sorry - just these of my car I'm afraid. I'm sure someone on this forum will do, or will be happy to take some, if someone can provide a suitable car for them to snap.
