WILL 18" WHEELS FIT ON A 964

Been done several times, view the Rennlist 964 forum, as long as they are light weight enough it shouldn't be a problem.
Porsche themselves though do not recommend any 964 that came out of the factory without them to have them fitted due to hub/bolt stressing/fractures.

'92 Cup Cars were running 18", lap times went down....but Porsche don't seem keen on letting them run on road going 964's.

Turbos, RS3.8 and cup cars ran with 18ins wheels but they have different hubs/stub axels ( among other things) than the stock 964.
18ins are possibly OK on the road for poseing but I don't think I would like to track a stock 964 with 18ins wheels unless they were very light.
