9/10 there's a little hole you need to poke some thing down, and stick the key in position 1

Then pull

Drill out the barrel so it falls to bits enough to turn it, it will then come out without destroying the lock assy.

Fit new Cavalier barrel off Ebay smile

tap the housing with a soft hammer to enable the key to be in position one or two place a rod in the hole in the housing to release the retaining clip then pull the barrel out with the key replace in reverse order

As Alex says, its a vauxhall lock assembly and if you take the cowlings off there isa hole on the housing that you need to push a drill bit or the like into ( i used to use a straightened radio removal pin) whilst the key is turned tp position one, that will then allow a spring loaded ramp to be depressed and the barrel can be simply pulled out,to fit the new just put it into position one and just push the new lock in till it clicks into place.

Security bolts from your local vauxhall dealer,Lookers down in Yardley for you,or you can just chisel off the old one and use a normal threaded bolt at a push but they are cheap enough, might have to wait a couple of days as unlikely they will have current stock.

Don't bother with security bolts IMO

When was the last Tvr that you herd of being stolen? Probaly never

If a thief wants your car they will have it!! unless you got 4 pitballs sitting inside it

If you can remove them, so can a thief, just stick any bolt that fits in it
