hi, its going to be my first experience on track, really looking forward to it, just wondering if any other PH are going? or if you have any advise, only one 20 minute session, but will be fun non the less,

The best thing you can do is simply take it easy. Just enjoy being on the track without going for a lap record. If you like it, then book a full novice day and have an instructor with you.

I'm there on friday in my saxo.

Been to Cadwell a few times and its a great circuit to go to for a first time.

My advice is go steady to start with, build up your speed as you build up confidence. driving on track will be totally different to what you are used to on roads, but it's the best fun you can have without taking any clothes off ;-)
