My 92 car sits too high at the front and seems to be too soft so last week I started to look for the same information. I managed to catch the search when it was working and found the following info, all relating to original spring rates.

f400/r325
f325/r300
f325/r275
f375/r300
f275/r200

Spring length 9" or a combination of 7" and 8"

In 1992 Motorsport tested a Griffith and suggested that the intention was to go with the spring rates from the racers 600/600 but reduced the front to 400 which to be honest doesn't ring true.

I wonder if anyone really knows the answer or knows whether the rate changed when a rear ARB was added?

I suspect we will both be relying on suppliers recommendations.

I'm on 400 / 325 now... I was on original Billies before to what ever 12 year old standard rates are... and to be honest, with the shocks turned down... It feels just as nice as the old set up.... And if you want to firm up the ride,,, just take it up 2 or 3 clicks.... smile
