Any xbox Live deals?

My subscription has run out so need to renew, any good deals about at the moment? My brother was getting a month for a quid not so long ago...

Mine expired in Jan, I left it for a while but then when I went on last week there was a link, 2 months for 2 quid! Signed up to that, apparently if you also cancel the auto renew, let it expire again, you get the same offer!

Not sure if its true but I'll be giving it a try!
