Anyone in the Highlands want a photo shoot?

Evening all,
I'm really into photography but want to branch out into doing some automotive work. If anyone is in the Inverness area (preferably with a high-end motor!
) who would like a free shoot to let me get some experience, please reply to me here or send me a mail through my website (Donaldson Photography). In return for letting me have the chance to improve my skills, you'll receive a disc with the images of the shoot for your own personal use or a couple of prints (your choice).
I don't interpret this as advertising as I'll be doing the work for free, but if it contravenes any rules, then please feel free to remove the post.

I'm up for anything really so yeah, sounds good to me. Will do individual shoots too if anyone is interested. I'm going to be hanging around the forums a bit more often now so will keep an eye on this thread and others in the section.

I've had a mail from another PH member with regards to me 'stealing' potential clients from them by offering my services for free.
In my defense, I would like to say that my services are only free as I don't know if the standard of work I can produce in automotive photography is good enough to warrant charging for (I hope it is, but I don't know for sure!!). Have a look at my site and my Flickr stream if you so wish and make up your own minds if you would like a shoot or not.
This is a no-pressure arrangement for either party and is not intended to steal, poach or undercut ANY ONE's clients. If a professional is offering paid shoots, then please make up your own mind about the product you would be interested in - A guaranteed professional product, or an untested photographer trying his hand at automotive photography.

I have to voice up, I'm shocked by this. It used to be I was the most recommended automotive photographer on here, then others did the same as yourself, offering free shoots. Yes it annoyed me but I wouldnt have the cheek to send someone an email like that.
I would love to know who it was as it would be very ironic if they offered their services free whilst I was charging therefor them "stealing" my clients.
I'd also love to know who it was as I've not seen anyone being recommended or discussing their work recently.

Two things strike me about this Adam1) Don Paul can almost fill a calendar on his own.
2) Don Paul's percentage cut of a freebie is zero, thereby incurring his displeasure and your subsequent 3 bullet suicide
Thanks for the offer of freebie but the collective skills of Bailley, Testino and Rankine couldn't make the current Ford Focus attractive looking (however, as yesterday proved on the run, it's an epic bend-swinger!)
