Rear wing mounted door releases...

Does anyone know what they came off and were the later (earlier?) ones that didn't have the key slot in them a straightforward replacement? Ideally I'd like to replace the "keyed" ones that I have with the unkeyed / blank ones - do the keyed ones have a electrical hook into the alarm?
