Why is it impossible to hire a car in the UK with winter tyres!?
Need to hire a car to drive to Austria and seemingly none of the UK car hire companies offer the option of winter tyres on a UK-hired car. Don't really want to have to fly due to the amount of tools that I need to take with me, but might have no choice.
Why don't UK rental firms offer winter tyres as an option?
