engine vx corsa 1.2

I posted about a garage stitching up my mum with a bodge job on a head gasket, well i have decided to try a source a replacement engine and find someone to fit it.

I have seen this and it is a 1.2 vauxhall Corsa 2007.

This engine looks o.k but has some damage. does it look o.k to use?

I love the way Vauxhall provide completely unnecessary threaded fixing holes purely for aesthetic reasons.
