RAF Wittering track days

Has anyone been or going to RAF Wittering for a track day?

Me and my brother have booked for the 19th April in our little Vts for our first trackday, nice and local for us in case anything goes bang...

Hi, i did a trackday a couple of weeks ago at Wittering and i thought it was great.

I have done a few different airfield days now and i think Wittering was by far the best, it had a good mix of fast and slow corners with a good long straight and plenty of run offs in case things don't go to plan

I was driving a 1.8 Proton Satria GTI and it suited the track pretty well also a mate of mine was there in his kit car with a 1000cc fireblade engine and also had a great day so doesn't matter what car you are in you will have fun!

I think it will be a good place for your first day.
