12000 Mile Service?

I've had my Chimaera for about 6000 Miles and is due a 12000 mile service. It had just had a 6000 mile one when I bought it.

What actually gets done at the 12K one? What is different over the 6K service?

Just curious really...

Cheers for that MikeyT, it was interesting to see what they actually do.

Although I have to say, the £700 service bill (assuming nothing else is wrong!) is gonna smart a bit!

Go independent and half the service cost instead of being fleeced that kind of money, unless your car is under manufacturers warranty. Most indies will also be able to carry out third party (i.e. secondhand car type) warranty work if anything needs doing too.
