triathlon

[Ayahuasca]

Anybody do these?

I am thinking of soing my first one this year. Will be 1600m swim, 40k bike and 10k run.

I am OK with running but never swam or ridden in a race before.

Not bothered about my time, as long as I don't finish last.

Any training tips?
