Mach Loop - 30th March

Hi guys,
I'm going camping next to Cadair Idris on the 30th March for a few nights. From looking at the maps the loop flight path goes right over the campsite along the A487.
How can I find out if there is any low flying going on in advance? Is it everyday? Not holding out for any Typhoons or F15s, would be happy with just a few fast and low Hawks buzzing over!

ETA it is very rare that they fly weekends.
