Discussion
It is the time of year that we like to plan our sunny weekends driving our loved and cherished motors about the countryside. Why not join the Rusty Nailers on there yearly event this year in the Borders Area.
The weekend event will be based at the Craigiebeild House Hotel, Penicuik tel no 01968 672557 e-mail manager@craigiebeildhousehotel.
The Hotel kindly agreed a rate of 79 per room for Bed and Breakfast. Please quote The Rusty Nail Run when booking.
Rooms have been held until 1st May 2012 where a deposit of thirty pounds is required.
The route will cover the Borders and South Lanarkshire on the Saturday returning to the Hotel, approximately 140 miles. The route on the Sunday will cover the A,B-roads south to Gretna for lunch and farewells to the Rusty Nailers.

Please get in touch with me if you are interested.
One less sleep and we will be there rusty in hand cracking jokes having fun, enjoying them amazing roads. Making a racket as we do.
RNR I
Never forget the face on the Clio crew who were camping out in that beautifull pass when we all took off, thunder is not the word for the noises the wedges made in that valley. Awsome....

It will be nice joinning you over the boarder! We were only discuss which car to bring over the weekend! Obviously the SEAC comes to mind, but the long journey with the very hard suspension, maybe not the car to bring as we would be shateresd before we get there and then not be able to enjoy the fun. So it may have to be some thing else, which will keep up with you and be more comfortable on the way up! But when its up there O! what fun it will be!
See you at the fest!

Andy, it doesn't matter what car you bring i am sure you will both enjoy the scenery and company, hope your recovery is on overtime and you will be fighting fit for the fest.
AlexI am trying very hard to get fit I am even having help from Adam who sends me some magic herb Well I think it is (Do I smoke it Adam?)
Each month I have a deadline date with the Doctors and this month its the 17th and from there I will now more on my chance of making it to the fest! On my legs or in a wheel chair or electric scooter (Like last year)
But I will be there some how!
Now which car to bring to the RNR its got to have comfort for the long journey, be a looker, be a convertible and go like stink! Now what can it be!
