I have just bought my self a sweet motor i had the limted edition 4 yrs ago and have to say for the money they are a good bit of fun , so i looked for a couple of weeks and this one turned up good condition all round

iv got some plans for this but it gonna take some time as no corners are gonna be cut ...

i will get some new pick up in a couple of days ..

What made you get this and not a GT Four? You realise that it now consitutes a modified car and will probably attract as high a premium as a standard ST205?

My wife had a Gen 6 Celica ST - very capable little coupe.


If, on your journey to cut no corners, you notice that the front oil cooler pipes are rusted and weeping oil, drop me a PM, and I can equip you with a brand new "still in the bag" one for a lot less than the 60 Toyota charged.

I was due to replace my wife's oil cooler when she went and and wrote it off!

I had a jdm celica gt for 4 years (came mildly modified from japan) and it was the best car I had, in 4 years of constant use the only thing to go wrong was a sticky caliper, super reliable and a cracking engine that loves to be revved, a very underated car I believe.

I went for the sr as it is 1 of 250 made in this silver ,,,its crazy the price i paid for it ,,,,, gt4 was the plan but when this come up it was had to turn down ..

Sarah had a *very* modified st. Was a good little runner. Needed to be faster, even with a fifty shot of nitrous.

the st are good cars but the sr has a lil bit over the st my 2 mate have celicas 1 an st 1.8 and a gt 2.0 and mine the sr , off the mark alot faster than both ..... it has been twicked up a bit

For God's sake, don't put GT-Four bits on it unless you're planning on a 3S-GTE conversion. "All show and no go" springs to mind

If it's a limited edition (1 of 250) then put it all back to standard, the baby Jesus cries when limited edition cars get molested.

The local rudeboi looks boss in his yellow 1.8st with GTFour bonnet and standard bumper, cruizing looking for jailbait on his chromes.

Funny he had thus far declined all offers of proving his vehicle in front of them though.
