What's in it?

I've recently taking to having a couple of mugs of it a day, well, because I like it. Since starting to drink it regularly I actually feel less lethargic and much more energetic.

I've not changed anything else. No dietry changes, or changes in my schedule.

Random coincidence or is there something in horlicks I wasn't getting elsewhere?

I used to work for the company that produced horlicks and can confirm that it is awesome stuff!

Not drunk much here but consumed massively in the sub continent.

When I were a lad, we used to have Horlicks tablets. lick
Standard ration/kit in my scouting days. Sadly, they are no more.

I used to love those Horlicks tablets. I also like putting in far too much powder in the mug so I'm left with a gooey pool of Horlicks at the bottom of the cup which I then eat with a spoon. yum

I knew a few girls from Nigeria who were hooked on the stuff, was never convinced it was Horlicks though! laugh

Don't go anywhere near mighty malt or ultimalt if you like horlicks, I made this mistake and now I'm an addict.
