Just got new hose kit, when i l went to fit bottom hose it has 45 degree bends either end where the old one has 90 degree bends and the new one is touching the chassis quite badly so my question is is this normalish "for a tvr" or do i need a diferent pipe? Thanks

The hose you describe sounds like the top hose from the rad to the swirl tank. This has approx 2 no 45 degree bends in it.
Bottom hose on a serp is a 90 degree bend. Your rad on the bottom should also have a 90 degree bend on it, unless someone has fitted a different rad.

This. Just done all mine and if it's the ACT set then there should be no difficulties like you describe, some hoses need a bit of triming but otherwise should fit fine.

HI my rad at the bottom is straight I really just opened the pack(ACT) then the wife dragged me in. Hope to have a good look tomorrow think also a problem with the heater elbow, I've also changed the heater pipes for the stainless and when I put the elbow on it was an inch to short, I'm thinking of bending the stainless pipe a bit do you think this will work?
