Hi guys
Had an amusing experiance the other day, there was a serious down pour and i went to open my boot to get the roof out and the cable broke! so after standing there with a bit of black plastic in my hand in the pouring rain (much to the amusement of the passers by) i managed to fish the cable out from the wheel arch and open it...of course by then the rain was stopping. Very embaracing!
Anyways any1 know where i can get a new complete cable?? and are they as easy as they look to fit?
Cheers

New cable from your friendly lotus dealer who will remove £30 from your wallet for the privilege.
Remove the rear wheel, wheel arch liner to get at the cable and the drivers side speaker pod to get at the bolt that holds the T pull in place.
Take the inner cable out of the new cable and cover it in grease to make it last a bit longer.
