I will be taking my Chim for a full geo setup soon. I'm running 16" Spiders on Gaz Gold dampers at standard ride height. The last time the alignment was set up was 5 years ago when I converted to 5 stud hubs so it is well overdue.

I'm seeking advice because I understand that the factory settings for Toe, Camber and Caster front and rear may not be the current best choice.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated bow

5 years? yikes You naughty boy Bob. Have Kwik fit being servicing your car? It's part of every proper service. Have a free bump and a biggrin

I don't think standard service schedules even include a basic wheel alignment, just a visual check for uneven tyre wear scratchchin

Standard service would be standard TVR Engineering set-up. I was looking for the PH collective best advice as I understand this differs from TVR Dealer settings. That said, I've been using an indi to service the car for the past few years and so I doubt they've been doing alignment checks.

Ok, time to eat "humble pie" !

I was using a. n. other TVR specialists service schedule found on the internet, official schedule does indeed include check tracking and camber , wonder how many Dealers did front and rear?

This however isn't a "full geo set-up" getmecoat

As well you know there are no 'TVR dealers' I think they all have their own settings which work well for them, whether they work for you is another matter.
I would have thought factory settings would be ideal for you, failing that have a word with Derek I'm sure he can recommend a 500 mile round trip to sort it hehe

Forza West in Chepstow do a full service that includes a free 4-wheel alignment check.
