Need Help!! Want to contact this seller

Hi everybody, i want to purchase a set of alloys for my cars and have seen them in the classified, parts section. However i tried contacting the seller by the phonesafe number provided and it says number not recognised. The seller is also selling something else and has a phonesafe number i tried using that but again number not recognised! Ive emailed him a numerous number of times but i dont think any emails are going through to the seller, what do i do?? Really want them alloys
