Sky HD & DD 5.1

I've recently upgraded to Sky+ HD and bought a 5.1 Surround System. When I watch a program on Sky with a DD soundtrack I don't seem to be getting 5.1. I get sound from all speakers but it is the same if that makes sense?

The Sky box is connected to the AV reciever via HDMI. I've checked the sound settings menu and everything is set to doubly digital.

Anyone got any ideas?

Oops. Ignore the question, should have googled it before I posted.

Sky HD doesn't output 5.1 on HDMI. Need an optical cable too.

What? Its like dolby digital but twice as good! Thats what happens when you try and post quickly and the kids are pestering you to take them to the park.

Apparently the new non-Plus box can do it over the HDMI, but I haven't had time to test one yet.
