Windows doing strange things

I know these things are common , but can anyone shed any light on the following ?

Opened passenger door today , then window closed when I shut it but went too far up and outside the rubber .

Now closing ok but rattling at speed ? Any thoughts . Cheers.

The limit microswitch inside the door card probably needs replacing. Or the glass is working loose from the clamp that holds it at the bottom and isn't pressing the microswitch firmly enough. It should be fairly obvious if you take off he door card.
