I'm currently converting mij 350i FHC for Mainland traffic. Therefore I need to change the headlights.

They are the round 7" Cibie Iode H4 ones. I can't find any reference of them. I searched Lucas, Cibie, Bosch etc.

The headlights consist of a round ring, the lens and a metal housing. It's actually the lens that I need. The lens has 3 brackets attached that hold the adjustement screws. The adjestement screws sit on the metal housing

If anybody has any refences, even for RHD lenses, that would help a me great deal. If RHD refenrencs, I can apply for the LHD counterpart.

Thanks
Mario

7" rounds are a very prevalent classic car part. I'd suggest trying a Land Rover specialist such as Paddock, or John Craddock, and order a pair of LHD 7" rounds.

Mario, if you get stuck, worth trying Holden Vintage and Classic - "holden.co.uk", they stock all sorts of odd, old parts for classic and vintage cars. They have quite a few headlights and surrounds.
Cheers

were they hard to remove, i have a LHD 1986 350i, so if it's not too much of a pain in the ass i can have a look what the numbers on them are.

Vamp, dead easy to get off...pop up lights, two screws to remove the black surrounds and the lights pull/pop out from the three fixing points.
PS: if your working on them for a long time with light pods up, just remove the fuse that illuminates the headlights, and there will be no power drain on the battery.

Adam, I would like to sell them as they are of no use to me. But the mirrors are corroded. So I think they are of little use.

So other than £20 cheaper what's the difference between these and the crystal units which were mentioned in another thread:
