VHS to DVD any recommendations?

Have a few home videos on VHS I want to put on to DVD - anyone know any good online companies?

Google has found a few but the websites seem a bit 'home made'.

A friend of mine runs www.telecineguy.com and I believe he's very reasonably priced. Name of Robin, nice chap, worth a call.

Not meaning to take any business away from the chap mentioned above but you can do this from home without needing to spend much money..

You will need :

A VHS player
A converting kit http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/4-/137...
A PC/Laptop with a DVD RW drive

Just convert the VHS to a digital format and then burn it onto a DVD...

Et Voila!

Another option, if you've got a few tapes to get through is a DVD/VHS combo, like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Philips-DVDR3320-DVD-Rec....

Make your recordings then stick it back on ebay.
