Privatisation of main motorways and trunk roads

The plan is to allow private companies to build and charge for their own roads. Doesnt affect existing motorways, trunk roads or A roads. The only exception is if these existing roads are expanded, so the cost can covered by additional congestion beating lanes etc.

Dont see this affecting me in any way! And the M6 toll road is great!
