Bob the Planner - Roast Pepper and Bacon Bruschetta




oilydan - Bacon & Seafood.




Vanessa B - Fish wrapped in Prosciutto di Parma, with Asparagus, Cherry Tomatoes on the vine and Smashed Baby New Potatoes.




sidekickmdr - Garlic Borsan stuffed chicken breast wrapped in parmer ham with roast tomatoes, rice and a mushroom peppercorn sauce.




calibrax - Bacon, lettuce and tomato with mayonnaise on a lightly toasted ciabatta.




mrsmadbadger - Bacon, Egg & Mushroom Stack on a Rosti

That was my original plan! but unfortunately I didn't get time to do it, as I felt it really needed to be done on the Weber (which currently needs a good clean!)

Damn it... I didn't realise it was bacon this time, I could have done my bacon and egg ice cream that I like to inflict on unsuspecting victims.

I wouldn't worry too much anyway - a bit of variety seems to work quite well - i.e. themes / ingredients / combinations.
