I am driving from SW England to northern Germany in a couple of weeks and was wondering where I'm cheapest to fill the tank.

From memory, Germany is quite expensive for fuel but I can't remember what the prices are like in France/Belgium/Holland (I have made the journey loads of times but always in a petrol car so never even looked at the diesel price)

I have Euros so not worried about the exchange rate or overseas charges on my card.

Flying is probably cheapest.

A month out of date but the trend looks like Lux. is the cheapest, depending on your route/detour.

Flying prob would be cheapest, but ryanair wont let me check my wifes new car in as hand baggage lol

Lux is too far as a detour, I'm going just outside Hannover so I will be heading towards Dortmund then following the A2

From that link, Belgium or Holland look best. Thanks biggrin

Luxembourg is the cheapest as the price is fixed by their gov. Probably out your way though.
