Hopefully, this should be the first day I'm doing with the car better prepared. It is with Apex Trackdays.

First time I've done this circuit, looking forward to it!

Anyone else booked on/going to book?

It's the same layout used for BTCC.

Thanks however I think there is no guarantee it will be this layout from just the note on their web page. Saying that I found this layout to be the least interesting.

I've done a few days with Apex; most have been at the full circuit layouts of the tracks, so I would expect the website to be correct.

In any case, first time there, so if I'm honest I don't mind which one it is...

It is the ISSC layout we are doing Chris. We were able to chose when we booked and went for this layout...rightly or wrongly. Not the longest configuration, but but figured that as the do it in BTCC, it would be the one our customers would want to do

Seems to have been chosen by all TDOs this year.

(I've said it before, but) I do prefer the International Long: the proper flick through Pif Paf and the drop down from the outer wall across the pit lane exit are both great high speed turns.

I found it brilliant fun flying around the cambered corner at 115-120 in the dry...... Not so much in the wet though.

And I'm going to be there in my Eunos, with my brother. Currently showing as the least powerful car there, so please bear with us while we get out of the way!

Also, let's keep our fingers crossed that the great fuel panic of 2012 doesn't screw things up...

Little 1.3 litre eh?

Looks like the mx-5 won't be the slowest! wink

Looking forward to it. I'm bringing a friend who hasn't been before. Fingers crossed for a dry day.

Been to Rockingham once on the international long layout, but not done this one. First trackday of the year so fingers crossed the car will be up to it

Me either.

I'm also bringing a friend who has never been to any track day, so I suspect we'll probably be quite slow ourselves!
