They do look very much like them. Not sure if spokes on these ones look a little deeper than the Rota's though?

Maybe they are bigger than the Rota pictures you looked at. Or if you can find out
what the Rota wheel is based on it might be that.

Off the top of my head I think it is a Work Emotion wheel.
