Stupid Question????

I have been told that I can get speed cameras up on my Sat-Nav map on my F10 M5 by using the in car search systems?? I have looked and tried various ways but with no luck, is this bull or can it be done without ordering one of the disc updates off ebay which I can't say I trust...

I am sure I've read you can burn the data into copies of the discs, but never saw any evidence of someone with this working.
