Following a sub-5mph bump a few weeks ago, ive received a letter from the lady in the other car's solicitor to tell me that she is pursuing a claim against me for "Back pain/stiffness, muscle sprain to lower back, anxiety whilst driving, difficulty sleeping, flashbacks/intrusive thoughts"

My girlfriend (who was in my car) and myself cannot believe that anyone, no matter how frail, could have been injured in such a collision.

My insurance co is investigating, but it's unlikely they'll be able to disprove her ailments. It makes me fking sick

It is an easy scam.

In the Benefits society we have created in the UK plenty of scroungers have time on their hands to run scams.

Just one example.

Welcome to modern Britain. Why bother working when you can get "free" money?
