HELP - My web site is all screwed up!

Just went to try and another page to my web site and it seems that the more I tried the more I screwed it up! So can anyone help me - in lay persons terms please, oh and don't suggest oh you need x, y, or Z piece of software because it's just a mild interest and I use FrontPage which is supplied as part of my Microsoft package. I'm running Windows XP Professional with FrontPage 2003, but the site was originally created with Windows 200 and an older version of FrontPage.
I am using a theme called Blends, but the style of my headings seems to have disappeared and I can't for the life of me remember where I set this up? Also, I seem to get the same heading on every page now whereas I want a different one on each!
I must confess it all gets very frustrating because I only change it every 6 months or so, and when I do I can't remember how I did things!

This is the style information connected with your homepage. It looks a bit too eloquent for your lean web page. It is probably FronPage that messes up the code (as usual). I would not recommend any software that is more complicated than a text editor and a html/CSS manual, which is probably not very helpful.

Yes the text with the boxes on mouse roll-over is fine, although I wanted bold but can't 'get it! But where the blue url is used to be a black box with red, yellow, and blue squares at the end and the text in white bold and had a different heading relevent to each page. When I built it over a year ago this was done with the "blends" theme. It knows "belds" exists but doesn't seem to want to use it! Help!

I presume you are using FP2000?
To "bold" the button text
Got to the Format... menu and then select Theme...
You should see your Theme selected
Click Modify at the bottom
Then click graphics
Select what you want from the drop down menu (e.g. Global Navigation Buttons)
Click on the "Font" tab on the left hand side
Under "Style" select "Bold"
Et. voila.
You can change all the other things about your style in that menu.
