A couple of trolley jacks front and rear. Some good pieces of wood and axle stands.

Could be done on your own, but two eyes and hands are definately better than one.

How long did it take you to prep for the body lift?

Was getting the body back on the refurbed chassis easily done?

i did mine on my own, after loosening and removing everything, actually jacking up the body took about an hour, i decided to go up in small increments front/back/front etc till the body was raised.

from memory, the lowest part of the bodyor body support needed to be 30 inches or so off the ground to roll the chassis out with engine in situ.

put the chassis on wheel dolleys to put it back under when done, which lowered the chassis a few inches.

trickiest bit was making sure the axle stands, perched on a brick tower remained stable.

If i did it again, i would invest in taller stands perhaps,

Dont jack directly onto the tub. The two large pieces of wood under the nose and rear that are on the axle stands. Jack on these.

Home made Scaffold frame. wind each corner a few turns at a time till the body was high enough. Would support it thru the wheel arches, but also extra support under the rear. Its quite a large acensorede on a chim.

No ive never had it painted. It has had the usual front end for stonechips etc but that was well before i purchased the car.
Its listed as Monza red but sometimes in bright sunshine in can look orange/red.
