Hi I have a Mazda Reg Dec 2007. Out of warranty but with FSH from a dealer. I have just noticed one of the wiper arms is really badly rusted. Bubbles under the surface.

Even my elderly MGFs didn't do that.

Its in for its 50k service next month. Reckon its worth asking for it to be fixed free of charge? The car has a bodywork anti rust warranty and there is no visible damage to the wiper, scratches, chips etc.

I understand they will remove the used air from inside the car and replace with fresh new air free of charge, but only if you ask nicely.

Stop being a bunch of silly s. It was a reasoable enough question. I wanted to know if the anti corrosion warranty applied to bits other than the bodywork.

Clearly according to your smart arsed and carefully considered comments it does not.

Those who answered "no chance" told me what I needed to know. Thank you.

The rest of you, stock up o the Red Bull, trim those beards, hone your well built frames and run along to a board meeting or 3 and smash some back doors in. Another victory on the www for you. Yeah, really put me in my place.

But all you need to do is ask your dealer, why leave yourself open to ridicule on the world wide web with a bunch of idiots. None of us know what we are talking about wink
