Anybody in need of a QA/QC Engineer?

As Pistonheads is a melting pot of various people from various backgrounds I thought I'd start a thread to see if anybody wants, needs or is interested in a QA/QC bloke (basically me).

Long story short, I'm on a job in South Africa at the moment and I love it here, however, due to some issues back in the UK I need to get back as soon as possible.

I'm applying for work all over the UK at the moment, but to be honest, there isn't a huge amount of construction and project work going on.

I'm pretty desperate to be honest and will consider pretty much anything.

If anybody has any leads, can offer advice or anything else, I would be eternally grateful and will buy them lots of beer, take them out to dinner or take them to the 'gentlemans club' of their choice.

There is some O&G PA/QA/QC work going on that I know about and some Nuclear.

Any software/hardware/systems experience or aerospace?

Hi DJRC, thanks for replying.

I'm hunting in all sectors to be honest, construction, oil and gas, power generation, process and manufacturing, even had a look at some defense jobs.

I'd love to get into nuclear but I currently don't have the correct security clearance, although I've applied for a couple of jobs within the industry.

If you know of any leads I would be very grateful of the help.
