What things really irritate you about certain cars,

For me its porsches that up into the " new " 911 didnt have aero wipers and arms, when they look much better, and preform better and every other vag group car has

the pannel gaps on the mk3 focus really annoy me too.

Little things makeith a car.

On one journey in my university years Triumph stfire the exhaust fell off, a wiper went sideways into a hedge and the last popper on the hood gave out in pissing rain. Didn't breakdown mind!

With you. I loved my Honda Prelude - one handed driving was so easy with a right hand stalk.

All my other cars since - annoying extra work and movement biggrin

This backfired on me, driving down the Sixth Form driveway in my old Mazda 323 with my head out of the sunroof, passenger decided it'd be hilarious to try and drown me.

Stupid stupid stupid BMW automatic gear stick thing!!!!!

What was up with the old P R N D! Now its some sort of modern art dildo crossed with a sodding joystick!

The sales man went all gooey about the ceramic pack?? I was thinking ceramic discs, oh no its a ceramic gear leaver painted silver. I asked why? "The plastic bits are replaced with ceramic so they don't scratch". Its an £80k car why do you make it out of st plastic to start with??

Sales guy: "You also need the (something) pack!"
Me: "Why?"
Sales guy: "It has google and world news on the screen"
Me: "Oh do fk off!"

Radio codes. They seem to cause more hassle than they are worth, and almost every radio has them written on the label in biro anyway.

Big things like handling and performance make a car IMHO, and the 911s up to the 997 were designed long before VAG got involved.

997.2 does have some aero on the passenger side wiper, oh and they work fine. smile

Just looking at 2011/2012 911s and that limited clubsport still with traditional wipers. strange considering the caynee has flat blades.

alot of ferraris still have traditional ones too

The Mr2 has the indicator stalk on the right, the S3 is on the left..... interesting first 10 minutes when driving either of them hehe

This.
It really pissed me off when we were told to change them at college, only to find out we had to remove all sorts of crap to do it.

The delayed extra wipe you get when you wash the windscreen. Supposed to catch drips but usually just smears crap all over the windscreen again.

Ooh, my Megane had that, glad the Peugeot doesn't. However that's just as annoying as at any speed below 35/40 the water runs back down the looong slope down the roof and screen again.
