Monuments; Vlaanderen/Paris-Rubaix - spectating

Was thinking of going to see the Tour of Flanders or Paris Rubaix or both. wondered if anyone here was going or had any tips for good places to watch?

I saw there was a Rubaix thread a while back, but it didn't get many replies.

Just wondered where the best spectating was to be found? What's the access like? When's a good time to actually ride bits? I'd like to have a crack at the Koppenberg...
